Description: A collaboration between Philadelphia's 3Nerds and New York's Greenhouse Lounge, Boxwood Architects was commissioned to design and document the new Greenhouse Philly. Located within a historically registered building and space, the 8,000 SF project featured a main bar + lounge area on the ground level and an underground private lounge area.  With aspirations to be LEED certified, the project implemented sustainable design approach with renewable and reclaimed building materials, energy efficient building systems.
